"I recently called your company in response to a newspaper advertisement for wood pellets. A gentleman named Jeff answered the phone and explained the present situation concerning the availability of pellets, and the price, at the present time. I explained that I wanted to order for myself and my bother-in-law, both senior citizens, and to have both order delivered to the same location. Jeff offered free delivery and the unloading of the pellets at the site. He told me to call a woman named Kelly to place the order and to tell her of the delivery offer made. When I spoke with Kelly, she gave a more descriptive explanation of the difficulty obtaining pellets from the distributors. She also described the various brands that could be available as well as the quality of each brand. I was told that it could be several weeks before any pellets would be available. She called back a week or two later and said she had pellets available immediately, and with a senior's discount on the price. The pellets were delivered the very next day. They were unloaded and stacked by the driver and helper. Compensation was offered for the extra work they did, but it was refused with a kind word and smile. It turned out the driver was the same Jeff that I had spoken to on the original call. He is quite a gentleman. Pro-Tech Energy is a very consumer friendly company, and Kelly and Jeff are truly great assets of the company."
